This delay is typically caused by Guesty's synchronization being slow rather than an issue with Guestway. Messages may take 30 minutes or more to sync from Guesty to Guestway.

If you're experiencing this issue:

  1. Wait at least 30 minutes after seeing the message in Guesty

  2. Check the timestamp of the message in Guesty to confirm how recent it is

  3. Refresh your Guestway inbox to see if the messages have now appeared
